Ruth Ann Schwark

Ruth Ann Schwark, 69, of Daleville, IN, formerly of Monticello passed away at 9:35 am, Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born on November 2, 1945 in Logansport to the late Earl and Elsie (Dittman) Clerget. Her marriage was to Richard D. Schwark. He survives in Noblesville. Ruth was a graduate of Monticello High School and attended Indiana State University. She worked in retail management at Ben Franklin Crafts in Novato, California. Ruth loved sewing, baking, and time spent with her grandchildren. She was a wife and mother of soldiers. She dedicated her life to her family. She enjoyed traveling the world, but Indiana was her home. She is also survived by her children, Matt (Dyan) Schwark of Indianapolis, Stacey Schwark of Fishers, David (Summer) Schwark of Orangevale, CA, and Kathy (Kevin) Steppler of Petaluma, CA; siblings, Charles (Ruby) Clerget of Memphis, TN, Marilyn Kretzmeier of Otterbein, and Nancy Clerget of Lafayette; nine grandchildren and a baby girl on the way. Visitation will be Saturday, October 3, 2015 from 11:00 am until the time of services at 1:00 pm on at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Gary Sims officiating.
