Ruth A. Boyd, 87, Monticello, passed away Monday, June 18, 2007 at 4:00pm at her Residence. She was born March 14, 1920 in Covington, Indiana to the late George Elliott and the late Eva (Hancock)Elliott. She married the late Ray M. Boyd on December 11, 1938 in Attica, IN. He died August 1, 1983. Mrs. Boyd was a homemaker. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Regional Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. She was preceded in Death by her: Parents, Daugheter: Patricia Boyd, 2 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters Visitation will be held from 4-7 PM, Friday, June 22 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Friday, June 22, 2007, at 7PM with John T. Johnson, St. Elizabeth Hospice Spiritual Counselor officiating.
