Rosemary (Ronsheim) Scales, 84, of Seal Beach, CA Died Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Sunrise Living Center, Seal Beach, CA She was born August 16, 1922 in Anderson, Indiana to the late Edward John Ronsheim and the late Helen (Noland) Ronsheim She married John William Scales on April 23, 1949 at Indianapolis. He passed away August 17, 2004 Mrs. Scales grew up in Anderson, IN, and had graduated from Anerson High School. She attended Butler University. She resided in Indianapolis for 28 years with her husband. She and her husband moved to San Deigo, California in 1977. They later moved to Seal Beach, CA. Mrs. Scales was a homemaker. She was a member of the Meridian Street United Methodist Church in Inianapolis. She was active in the Indianapolis Day Nursery. She was a charter member of the Indiana Children's Home Auxillary. She was also active in the Kappa Alpha Theta alumni association. She was interested in current events. Memorials may be given to the Indiana Chlidren's Home, Lebanon, IN or to the American Parkinson Disease Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. She is survived by a Daughter, Marcia (Don) Brooks of Monticello, IN; 2 Sons, John W. (Rebecca) Scales of Seal Beach, CA, Thomas J. Scales of Heathrow, FL; Grandchildren, 10 ; Great-Grandchildren, 2; She is Preceded in Death by Brothers: Edward and John Ronsheim; a Daughter-in-law,Debbie Scales. Burial will be in Riverview I.O.O.F. Ceemetery, Monticello Visitation will be from 12:30- 1:30, Thursday, March 1 in Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at Springer-Voorhis-Draper-Funeral Home at1:30PM with Pastor Brian Beeks of the Monticello United Methodist Church officiating.
