Rhonda R. Gallaher

Rhonda R. (Taff) Gallaher, 66, of Royal Center, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on April 13, 1959 in Peru to the late William and Evelyn (Ammerman) Taff. On December 2, 2001 she married Steven Gallaher in Monticello. He survives.

She was a 1977 graduate of Twin Lakes High School and was a homemaker. When she was younger, she worked as a skate guard at Roller Junction, formerly of Monticello.

She liked yard sales and flea markets. She enjoyed shooting pool and collecting dolls. She enjoyed baking, her cats and autumn. She loved chocolate.

In addition to her husband, Steve, she is survived by a step son, Josh Gallaher of Akron, OH; mother-in-law, Judy K Gallaher; sister, Jackie (Billy) Applegate of Monticello; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Bill Taff, Jr.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 28, 2025 from 11:00 am until the time of services at 1:00 pm at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Pastor Tim Minnick officiating.

Burial will follow in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Pulaski Animal Center in Winamac. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
