Patricia Smith Fejedelem, 61, of Rocky Mount , North Carolina died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at the Monticello , Indiana home of her longtime companion, Ronald Maddock who survives. She was born September 15, 1950 in Detroit , Michigan to the late Harry A. and Rose Geraldine (Spencer) Smith. She was a truck broker. She is also survived by a Daughter, Tina Mozingo of Elm City , North Carolina; four sons, Tom Fejedelem of Montrose, Michigan, Matt (Kay) Maddock of Monticello, Larry (Nora) Williams of Indianapolis, Nick (Sara) Maddock of Norma, Oklahoma; two sisters, Paula (Rodney) Butcher of Montrose, Michigan, Penney (Matthew) Fejedelem of Montrose, Michigan; and grandchildren, Brandy Mozingo, Brooke Mozingo, Savannah Maddock, Blake Mozingo, Cody Maddock, Crosby Maddock, Chad Maddock, Alexander Williams.
