Norman E. Skaggs

Norman E. Skaggs, 71, of Monticello, Indiana died at 1:20 pm, Friday, July 1, 2011 at IU Health Arnett Hospital of Lafayette. He was born March 5, 1940 in Monticello to the late James and Lela (Martin) Skaggs. He worked at Rural King. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and served in Vietnam. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, and making deer hair jigs. He is survived by three sons, Timothy Skaggs of Monticello, Daniel Skaggs of Schaumburg, IL, and Michael Skaggs of Indianapolis; Sister, Patty Skaggs of Monticello, IN Graveside funeral services will be at 11 am, Thursday at Norway Cemetery. Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
