Nathan Daniel Faker, 41, of Lafayette, passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at I U Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on October 18, 1984 in Monticello to Donald Raymond Faker and Tammy (Jackson) Jeffries.
He was a 2004 graduate of Twin Lakes High School and worked in engine assembly at SIA in Lafayette for 18 years.
He was a true sports enthusiast and enjoyed golf, NASCAR, Purdue sports and the Bears. While in high school, Nathan played football, basketball, baseball, and ran track and still holds the shot put record at North White High School. He cherished his family, especially his boys. He was a hard worker and a dedicated father.
In addition to his parents Donald Faker of Reynolds and Tammy (Husband,Vincent) Jeffries of Monticello, he is survived by his life partner, Kelsey Kubly of Lafayette; sons, Lincoln Daniel Faker, Rowan James Faker; maternal grandmother, Peggy Altman of Monticello.
He was preceded in death by a maternal grandfather, Bobby Jackson and paternal grandparents, Paul C. & Anna Mae Faker.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of services at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello with Harold Rutledge and Josh Bowsher officiating.
Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Reynolds.
Memorial contributions may be payable to the Bank of Wolcott with check memo: Nathan Faker. This account has been established for the needs of Nathan's son's future needs. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
