Marget L. Lilley, 87, of Monticello passed away Sunday, May 20, 2007, at 5:20 am at Monticello Assisted Living and Healthcare Center. She was born February 8, 1920 in Rensselaer, to the late Thomas S. Kendall and the late Glenna A. (Current) Kendall. She married Joseph J. Lilley on December 20, 1939 in Rensselaer. He passed away in October of 1988. Mrs. Lilley was primarily a homemaker, but in later life worked at Pulaski Memorial Hospital as a cook. She was also a seamstress for many years. She attended the Monticello United Methodist Church. Memorial contributions may be given to the Stroker's Swim Team. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Strange of Monticello, IN; Daughter-in-Law, Nancy Lilley of Valparaiso, IN; 2 Sisters, Evelyn Hazelgrove of Rensselaer, IN, Beverly Zollman of Rensselaer, IN; Sister-in-Law, Bethel Kendall of Morocco, IN; 5 Granddaughters, Christina Lilley of LaCrosse, IN, Raquel (Albert) Sellan of Bowie, MD, Holly (David) Wisinski of Delphi, IN;Kara (Isaac) Wildman of Marshalltown, IA, Angela (Dave) Davis of Attica, IN; 2 Grandsons, Joel Lilley of Kouts, IN, Allan (Jessica) Strange of Monticello, IN; 5 Great-Granddaughters, Raeleyn Schmidt, Abby Sellan, Ella Sellan, Mariah Davis, Rhyan Strange; 5Great-Grandsons, Kyle Oliver, Alec Sellan, Chancelor Wisinski, Alexander Wisinski, Carson Davis. Preceded in Death: She is preceded in death by her husband; Son, James J. Lilley; Granddaughter, RaShelle Shawn Kain; and a grandson, Robert D. Lilley; 5 Sisters; 1 Brother. Visitation will be held from 4-8pm, Tuesday, May 22 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be officiated by the Rev. Chris Dodson at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Wednesday, May 23, 2007, 11am. Burial will be in Riverview I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Monticello.
