Leslie Marie Alpha, 50, of Monticello, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at her residence in Monticello.
She was born on January 9, 1970 in Monticello to the late Jack Alpha and Doris (Halik) Alpha. Doris survives in Elgin, Illinois.
Leslie is also survived by her daughter, Kaylie Witsiepe of Elgin, Illinois.
