Kathy Ann Hill

Kathy A. Hill, 72, of Lafayette, passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at her daughter's home in Lebanon.

She was born on May 25, 1951 in Logansport to the late Ray and Bernice (Nelson) Stroud.  She married Robert Hill and he preceded her in death.

She was a graduate of Twin Lakes High School and worked at McGill Manufacturing, later Emerson, for 35 years. . In her retirement, Kathy could often be found decorating the house for the current season, working in the yard, or watching the birds from her porch.  She enjoyed family gatherings, running around with her sisters, spoiling her cats, traveling with friends, and cheering on her kids and grandkids in their many endeavors.  

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Burnettsville.

She is survived by her children, Abigail Hayden of Lebanon, Neil (Tonya) Pitstick of Cape Coral, FL; siblings, Donald (Judy Ann) Stroud of Lafayette; Judy (Mike) Maddock of Burnettsville; grandchildren, Hannah and Mallory Hayden and Keegan Pitstick.

Private family funeral services will be celebrated at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.

Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be given to the First Baptist Church of Burnettsville or the White County Food Pantry.
