Janice 'Jan' Wiese

Janice "Jan" Wiese, 94, of Reynolds, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at her residence.
She was born on June 4, 1927 in Rensselaer to the late William and Georgia Bernice (Smith) Johnson. Her marriage was to Ray Wiese and he preceded her in death.
Jan was a graduate of Rensselaer High School. She had worked at Green Gables restaurant and also owned a travel trailer business as well as a mobile home park. Her passion was working, doing yard work, cleaning the house, and washing windows. She enjoyed baking and was a member of Honey Creek Home Economic Club. Jan cherished her family and friends, but most especially, her grandchildren.
She was a member of Monticello Christian Church.
Surviving are her children, Sandra (Dave) Johns of Reynolds, Dale Wiese of Reynolds, Nancy Allman of Tucson, AZ; siblings, Arlene "Pete" Walters of Rensselaer; grandchildren, John (Christine) Johns, Herk Johns, Christine Dickson, Toni (David) Jordan, Angie, Kelly; several bonus grandchildren; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Courtney, Neketa, Brandon, Dyllan, Harry, Aimee, Morgan, Cheyenne, Jordyn, Dakota, Nick, Milo, Owen, Emma, Jacob; several bonus great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren, Jozlyn, Michael, Jaylee, Mason, Deven, Britney, Braden, Alexis, Daniel, Raelynn, Leo, Everlynn, Antonio, Wesley; and several bonus great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ray, she was also preceded in death by a son, Jerry Wiese; and siblings, Dorothy Scipio and William Devon Johnson.
Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2022 from 11:00 am (EST) until the hour of service at 1:00 pm celebrating Jan's life at the Monticello Christian Church with Rev. Benji Riddle officiating.
Burial will be at 4 pm (EST) in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Rensselaer.
Memorial contributions may be given to an autism program of the donor's choice.
