Gary L. Graham, 73, of Monticello, passed away at 5:05pm, Monday, May 2, 2016 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.He was born on September 4, 1942 in Proctorville, Ohio to the late Denver and Edith (Pine) Graham. He married the former Marsha (Gobin) Cline in Valparaiso on December 17, 1986 and she survives. Marsha and Gary remained inseparable until his death. Gary was a member of Lake Shafer Christian Center in Monticello where he served as an usher and helped with maintenance at the church.He worked as a millwright and was a member of the United Steelworkers Local 6103. Gary had a strong work ethic and worked even when he was sick.He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Portage and was a Past Governor.He enjoyed hunting, racing and was a race car driver. He loved being outdoors close to nature and working in his yard. He would do anything for anyone, but most of all, Gary cherished time spent with his family especially his grandchildren. Also surviving are his children, Crystal Leslie of Chalmers, Gary Graham of Laporte, Stacey Bradford of Ashland, KY, Bob (Jamie) Cline of Flora, Ron (Dominique) Graham of Virginia Beach, VA, Greg (Dannyeall) Graham of Bass Lake, LaKendra Graham of Monticello, Martin (Jessica) McRobert of Valparaiso, Scott (Peggy) McRobert of Laporte, Terry Graham of Michigan City, and Timmy Graham of Michigan; twenty-seven grandchildren plus one on the way; and four great grandchildren plus on the way; brother, Larry (Wanda) Graham of Proctorville, OH; and sister, Linda (Lloyd) Bradley of Proctorville, OH.Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm Friday, May 6, 2016 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.Funeral services celebrating Gary's life will be at 8:30 am Saturday at the funeral home with Pastor Nate Pyle of Lake Shafer Christian Center officiating.Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery.Online condolences and expressions of sympathy may be extended at www.springerfuneralhome.com
