Francis L. "P-Nut" Krintz, 86, of Monticello, passed away at 7:10 am, Sunday, September 24, 2017 at I U Health White Memorial Hospital.He was born on August 21, 1931 in Flint, MI to the late George and Edna (Cota) Krintz. On January 19, 1968 he married Ruth Ann Mull in Monticello. They later divorced and she preceded him in death.P-Nut served in the Air Force and then was a partner at Lakes TV and was a television repairman. He had been a member of the American Legion and also the Tippecanoe Country Club. At one time, he had his pilot's license and enjoyed flying. He enjoyed golf, playing cards, and going for rides in the car. He especially enjoyed spending time with friends and family.He is survived by son, Mike (Tammy) Krintz of Monticello; sister, Betty Kleyla both of Monticello; step grandchildren, April Davidson, LuCan Rame, and DarCee Overpeck; step great grandchildren, Gage, Natalie, Thomas, James, Meika Lei, and Aubrey; two nieces; and one nephew.Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm (EDT) Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.Memorial contributions may be given to the Alzheimer's Association or to a charity of the donors choice.
