Earle Mclauchlan

Earle McLachlan, 77, of Monticello, passed away on April 7, 2023 in Lake City, Florida.

He was born on February 18, 1946 in Elkhart, Indiana to Hugh and Donna (Konkle) McLacklan. He married Phyllis Bridgeman on July 2, 1994 in Crown Point, Indiana and she survives.

Earle was a long-time movie projectionist who owned the Lakeshore Drive-In Theater in Monticello. He was a member of the International Alliance of Theatrical State Employees and once served in the U.A. Army.

He leaves behind three sons, Steve (Stacey) McLachlan, Troy McLachlan, and Brandon McLachlan; three sisters, Elizabeth Jenson, Carolyn Moore, and Pat Waluszko.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Earle, Jr.

Visitation will be held on April 21, 2023 at the United Methodist Church from noon until the time of services at 1:00 pm.
