Celestino Diaz

Celestino Diaz, 80, of Monticello, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021.
He was born on April 9, 1941 in Durango, Mexico to the late Juan and Josefa (Martinez) Diaz.
He retired from Jordan Manufacturing.
He was a member of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Monticello.
He is survived by his life companion, Elvia Lopez of Monticello; children, Maria (Jose) Carbajal of Monon and Jose Lopez of Monticello; two sisters, Yolanda Diaz (husband, Santiago Mendoza) of IL, and Lourdes Diaz of Durango, Mexico; grandchildren, Adamari, Adrian, and Jose Jr.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home of Monticello.
