Billy J. Luse

Billy J. Luse, 34, of Monticello passed away Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 11:15 a.m. at Methodist Hospital, Indainapolis. He was born July 21, 1973 in Monticello to William C. Luse and Judith Y. (Cowger) Luse. They both survive in Monticello. Billy was a 1991 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. He earned his Bachelors in aviation technology from Purdue University in 1997. He was the co-owner and manager of the Madam Carroll. Billy was honored to follow in the foot steps of his grandfather, Captain Bill Luse. He was proud of family ties and history associated with the boat, and was grateful to carry on the legacy of the Madam Carroll in our Monticello community. He truly appreciated the community's support with his endeavors. He was a licensed pilot, and was a scuba diver. He loved travelling. Jumper, of Monticello. 3 Sisters, Tammy (significant other: James Woodruff) Luse of Atlanta, GA, Theresa (Tim) Shcroeder of Smithson, IN, Brook (Mike) Russell of Monticello, IN A memorial visitation will be conducted from 4-8 p.m , Tuesday, October 30 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Memorial funeral services will be conducted at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Wednesday, October 31, 2007, 11a.m. with the Rev. Bill Moore officiating. Burial will be private at Hughes Cemetery. Memorials may be entrusted with the State Bank of Burnettsville for a trust being established for Greyhound Pets of America Rescue Association.
