Wahneeta V. Maddock

Wahneeta V. Maddock, 93, of Monticello, died at 10:18 am, Sunday, December 11, 2011 at IU White Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was born on November 22, 1918 in Carroll County to the late W. B. and Glenora (Goslee) Munson. Her marriage was to the late Kenneth Maddock on June 20, 1936 in Greentown, IN. He preceded her in death on March 24, 1996. She was a 1936 graduate of Adams Township High School. Mrs. Maddock was a member of the Idaville Church of God. She was a homemaker and helped her husband Kenneth with their business. She also worked at Ben Franklin for several years. She is survived by 4 Sons, Gene (Geneva) Maddock of Kokomo, Ron A. Maddock of Monticello, Gerald L. (Connie) Maddock of Arizona, Mike G. (Judy) Maddock of Burnettsville; Daughter, Phyllis (Bill) Hindsley of Monticello; Sister, Helen Collings of Kokomo; 17 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren She is preceded in death by three brothers; one sister; two grandsons, Mark Maddock and Brian Upton; great granddaughter, Raleigh; daughter-in-law Sandy. Visitation will be from 4-8pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 11:30 am with Rev. Chris Murphy officiating. Burial will be at Davis Cemetery in Burnettsville.
