Debra Kay Carter

Debra Kay Carter, 53, of Monticello died at 6:10 pm, Thursday, December 1, 2011 at her residence. She was born on February 21, 1958 at Lake Cicott to the late Roy and Martha (Rogers) Martin who survives. Her marriage was to Pressley Carter on March 4, 1976 in Logansport and he survives. She was a member of Faith Covenant Fellowship in Monticello. She was a homemaker. She had been a member of the Logansport Eagles. Also surviving are two sons, Jamie (Trista) Carter of Royal Center, Charles P. (Vicki) Carter Jr. of Delphi; brother, Mark (Joyce) Martin of Monticello; and five grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a brother Robert Martin. A memorial celebration will be at 2pm, Saturday, January 14, 2012 at Faith Covenant Fellowship located at 570 S. Maple St. in Monticello.
