Deborah K. Robinson, 55, of Idaville, died at 6:52 am on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at her residence. She was born on January 19, 1957 in Monticello to the late Calvin T. Laffoon and Geraldine "Gerry" (Duever) Laffoon. She survives in Monticello. She was a 1975 graduate of Twin Lakes High School. Mrs. Robinson worked for The Winning Edge Sporting Goods store in Rochester since 2003. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Monticello. She loved bowling, swimming and loved to cook. She loved being "grammy" to her grandchildren. Along with her mother, she is survived by 2 Daughters, Heidi (Michael) Killen of Charlestown, IN, Meagan (fiance James Butler) Kiester of Idaville, IN; 2 Sisters, Carol (Terry) Foreman of Nyona Lake, IN, Donna Gray of West Lafayette; Brother, Dennis (Brenda) Laffoon of Ft Wayne; 3 Grandsons, Cooper Killen of Charlestown, IN, Kaleb Kiester of Idaville, Brysin Butler of Idaville. Companion, Jimmy Thompson of Monticello. She is preceded in death by her father and first husband, Randy Lord. Vistiation will be from 4pm to 8pm, Friday, February 10, 2012 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at The Lutheran Church of Our Savior , Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 10:30 am with Pastor John Gore officiating. Vistitation will also be one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday. Burial will take place at Riverview I.O.O.F. cemetery in rural Monticello.
