Anna Isom

Anna Isom, 70, of Monticello, died at 6:45am, Thursday, January 12, 2012 at her residence. She was born August 9, 1941 in Bristol, TN to the late Jordon and Sarah (Jenkens) Oliver. On November 16, 1981 in Monticello, she married Robert Isom, Sr. and he preceded her in death April 28, 1997. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing BINGO. She is survived by a son, Rick (Deb) Ringley of Monticello; two daughters, Kathy Pearson of Monticello, Bobbie Ann (John) Stallard of Fort Blackmore, TN; six sisters, Lucille (Homer) Stallard of Fort Blakmore, TN, Jean (Gene) Miller of Bristol, TN, Barbara (Robert) Canter of Bristol, TN, Rosie Murray of Bristol, TN, Betty Stallard of Bristol, TN, Mary Sue Oliver of Tampa, FL; two grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sisters, Viola Eds and Marie Canter; and brothers, Haskell and Junior Oliver. Visitation will be from 11 am until 1pm, Monday, January 16, 2012 at Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home, with services following at 1pm with Rev. Chris Dodson officiating.
