Alfred 'Zeke' Wright

Alfred L. "Zeke" Wright, 64, of Monticello, passed away at 6:35 am, Sunday, February 17, 2019 at I.U. Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on December 7, 1954 in Belvidere, Illinois to the late Alfred and Barbara (Owens) Wright. His mother survives and resides in Monticello. He married Deborah Wright and she survives.
Zeke worked many years as a carpet installer and most recently worked for Pro Sweep. Zeke loved fishing, cooking, and more fishing. He was proud of his participation in several fishing tournaments.
In addition to his mother, Barbara and his wife, Debra, he is survived by a daughter, Sidonia Lock of Lafayette; brother, Kevin Wright of Monticello; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his father; and a nephew.
In keeping with Zeke's wishes, he will be cremated and no formal services are planned.
Memorial contributions may be paid to the funeral home to help assist the family with final expenses. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
