Welcome
Randy Springer and Kathryn Castle wish to announce their marriage on October 10, 2010 at a small, intimate, outside ceremony.
Randy was born and raised in Kokomo and is a funeral director. He has lived in Monticello for a number of years and owns and operates Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home. He earned an Associate of Science degree from Vincennes University and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Kathryn was born and raised in Culver where her family holds a fourth generation historical landmark farm. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame. Kathryn’s daughter, Katelyn is a freshman attending Indiana Purdue University Fort Wayne. The couple will remain in Monticello and together operate the funeral home. Harry Voorhis, former owner, and his wife Pat have dedicated their lives to the Monticello community and continue their alliance with the funeral home. Kindra Roth, who continues her association with the funeral home, holds an Associate of Science degree with a major in Funeral Service Education from Vincennes University. Lifelong residents of Monticello, Kindra and her husband Rusty are committed to the community and happy to raise their three children; Stella, Lilly and Vaughn in Monticello. Randy, Kathryn, and the entire staff of Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home appreciate having good neighbors they can trust. They have built their reputation on the trust of friends and neighbors who have turned to them for sound advice and personal funeral services at the passing of a loved one. You can depend on Springer-Voorhis-Draper Funeral Home to be there for you and your family in your time of need. We welcome the opportunity to meet and talk with you at your home or ours. We feel that planning ahead for the inevitable makes good sense, especially when decisions can be made while emotions are at rest.
